Via the `search_clause_library` tool, each clause is compared to the firm's internal template. Deviations are flagged 🔴 / 🟠 / 🟡 with an explicit citation of the internal reference.

4-section memo: summary, non-standard clauses with risk table, recommended amendments, prior matters. The partner decides in 3 min.
